This part of our work with SAAS utilised common images and footage to tell two sides of the same story – one internal, one external. To the organisation’s staff, the message was, ‘We Care As A Team’ – reminding all departments that behind every paramedic, there are layers of support. Similarly, to the public, reassuring them that whenever they receive care, the paramedics aren’t alone. These messages have been especially pertinent as we endure the COVID-19 crisis.
