Part 1
Brand development: Establishing a distinct brand
In the highly competitive task management landscape, simply having a functional software solution isn't enough. TAMS needs a distinct and compelling brand identity to stand out.
DIFFERENTIATION: A beautiful brand will help TAMS differentiate from competitors, supporting its unique position in the market. This may not just be a new look, but a new name too.
SETTING THE PRECEDENT: Developing the brand ensures consistent messaging, tone of voice and visual identity in the Sizzle Reel and Investor Pitch Document.
Part 2
Launching with impact:
The TAMS Sizzle Reel
A Sizzle Reel will capture the essence of TAMS, showcasing its value to prospective investors and users in an engaging and memorable way. Think of it as a launch sequence, propelling TAMS into the spotlight.
CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT: We'll work closely with you to understand the core message and develop a compelling video script that highlights the software's unique proposition.
COPY WRITING: We'll ensure the message is clear, concise and resonates with the target audience, building anticipation and excitement.
DESIGN AND STORYBOARDING: We will design key frames of the script in the form of a video storyboard, creating all the components that will be required for final production of the TAMS sizzle reel.
PRODUCTION: Full production of the reel including any film, animation and sound design
DISTRIBUTION STRATEGY: We can work with the TAMS team on a media distribution strategy if required.
Part 3
Fueling growth:
Investor pitch deck
Securing investment is crucial for TAMS's future success. Working closely with you, we'll design a persuasive pitch document that articulates the software's value proposition, market potential and financial projections.
STRATEGIC NARRATIVE: We'll help hone the narrative that highlights the problem TAMS solves, its unique solution and its potential for growth.
DESIGN: We'll incorporate your market research, financial projections and other relevant data to support the pitch and demonstrate TAMS's viability, ensuring investors understand the opportunity.
UPDATES: We’ll be your partner on the road towards your investment goals – so if you have a need for versions that speak to specific industries, we are here to support you with further documents too.

SIZZLE REEL
A Sizzle Reel will capture the essence of TAMS, showcasing its value to prospective investors and users in an engaging and memorable way. Think of it as a launch sequence, propelling TAMS into the spotlight.
In this busy market, TAMS faces fierce competition from the likes of Asana, Wrike, ClickUp, Monday and Zoho, who all have high production values on promotional videos. With this in mind, we’ve identified the following creative references that help illustrate some thoughts we have in mind for your video.
DIRECTION 1:
CHAIN REACTION
Utilising a practical theatrical set and thousands of colourful dominos, Telstra’s film celebrates beautiful internet performance. For TAMS, the domino analogy is much more relevant – it takes just one task (in this case, a tile) to set off a chain reaction of dependent tasks. The result is a quick understanding that TAMS begins with one person, but quickly grows out to touchpoints across any organisation. We can also bring it full circle to close the task’s loop.
DIRECTION 2:
COMPLEX MADE BEAUTIFULLY SIMPLE
This animation highlights the complexity of information, its connections and relationship with people. We believe there is a direction to explore for TAMS that showcases the mind-boggling number of touchpoints, systems and processes are managed by the platform, effectively illustrating how all this can be managed simply, through one simple and intuitive ‘mission control’ interface.
DIRECTION 3:
ONE TASK
This film walks us through a brand’s core purpose and products in a single take, illustrating its mission in interesting and entertaining ways. In this approach, we focus on the one task that drives the team at TAMS – to win back time in your organisation, and ultimately, more time back in your life.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: REELS

We have the skills to bring virtually any concept storyboard to life, whether it’s live action, 3D, traditionally animated. CLIENT: AZZO
PROJECT: EnergyX Ecosystem
Branding, Design, Animation, Print and Digital
CREW developed the brand for EnergyX, AZZO’s proprietary technology for power quality monitoring.
To launch into the international market we concepted, scripted and produced this sizzle reel to educate potential purchasers about the power quality, and why it’s important.
CLIENT: South Australian Space Industry Centre
PROJECT: Kanyini Satellite Launch
Design, Animation, Digital
SASIC approached Crew to develop an animation to communicate the significance of South Australia’s first satellite, and how complex technologies can benefit each and every one of us on the ground.
Crew scripted, storyboarded and produced the ‘2.5D’ animatic to coincide with a major public announcement.
CLIENT: SA Ambulance Service
PROJECT: GoodSAM
Design, Animation, Digital
GoodSAM, used by the SA Ambulance Service, is an app that links trained responders with people in cardiac arrest, cutting down response times.
Crew created the promotional video to raise awareness and recruit responders. It explains a complex system with clear visuals and messaging to show how everyday Aussies can save lives by downloading the app.
CLIENT: Cobalt Blue
PROJECT: Ethical Cobalt
Design, Animation, Digital
Crew was commissioned to conceptualise a video that communicates their unique proposition as the first producers of Ethical Cobalt in the world.
We scripted, storyboarded and produced this piece, which went on to be used to pique the interest of investors around the world.

INVESTOR PITCH DECK
